Compensation

As a first time gestational surrogate your base fee is $20,000. Experienced surrogates may receive more if requested. Multiple births for first time or experienced surrogates is an additional $2,000 per child. Any medical expenses not covered by your insurance policy will be paid for by the intended parent(s). Any cost listed as to be determined (TBD), will have been established in your legal contract.

Maternity Clothing	Up to $500
Lost Wages for Appointments or Bed rest	TBD
Husbands Lost Wages if attendance needed	TBD
Travel (gas, flights, mileage, hotel)	TBD
Childcare during scheduled appointments or if on bed rest	Up to $10.00 per hour
Housekeeper if on bed rest	Up to $75.00 per week
Embryo Transfer/Blastocyst Transfer	$500 per transfer
Reimbursement for cancellation of cycle prior to transfer	$300
Invasive medical procedures such as CVS, Amniocentesis, D&C or selective reduction	$500 per procedure
If gestational surrogate has insurance coverage, deductibles and copays	TBD
Gestational Surrogate Insurance (until one month after delivery)	Premium plus $300 per month
