About Us

NES Partnerships, LLC. was created at the request of patients desiring the superior services offered by the West Coast Gestational Surrogacy Agencies, which did not exist here on the East Coast. NES Partnerships, LLC was created to meet and exceed that need with a knowledgeable and caring agency located in Connecticut. We are the First Gestational Surrogacy Agency in Connecticut.

In order to lessen the demands of the surrogacy commitment, our team will make every effort to match intended parents with gestational surrogates in the North East. As a result of our location, our team of counselors and attorneys are located throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. We have relationships with reproductive endocrinologists in all of the Northeastern states and can provide referrals as needed.

The Reproductive Law Group has been retained to represent NES Partnerships, LLC. and its Attorneys Anita Flannigan Steenson and Stacy L. Nobles are the Legal Director of NES Partnerships, LLC. and will work with the other dedicated and experienced legal professionals who will be representing our Gestational Surrogates and Intended Parents.

Anita and Jim Steenson have been married for 20 years and had been trying to start a family for over 20 years. As a result of trying to create their family with the help of ART, Anita’s legal career has transitioned to include the emerging field of reproductive law. Currently, Anita is an active member of both the Connecticut and Florida Bar Associations. She has been in private practice for over a decade with a broad combination of trial work, transactional law and legal research and writing. Prior to private practice, Anita's career involved public service as an assistant prosecutor in Florida, and then as an assistant city attorney in Connecticut.

Attorney Nobles was born and raised in Milford Ct and is delighted to be able to practice in her home town. As a working mother of three small children her focus is on efficient use of time to ascertain, tackle and resolve issues for her clients.

She is an excellent multi-tasker and understands and appreciates the demands of family time and strives to give her clients the best of her when it is best for them. Appointment times are flexible and she has a proven record with her clients at being an excellent and accessible communicator with quick responses to their needs whether that be in the areas of a real estate transaction, both residential and commercial, reproductive law, personal injury cases or estate planning. She has recently expanded her practice areas to include her general litigation practice experience.

Facing head on family planning issues whether it be in the area of reproductive law, advocating for special needs or mentally challenged individuals or estate planning for all ages, Attorney Nobles is dedicated to helping your family.
